Ivan’s Kitchens was recommended to me by my son and I’d like to pass that recommendation on to you, dear reader. I got a consultation appointment promptly. Each appointment, through the entire process, was punctual, courteous, and very friendly. That is true of each and every person on the entire staff. Matt , the owner , has staff that the took care of my every need. From the designer Joscelyn (who was absolutely brilliant) who really “heard” me and gave gentle suggestions to perfect the layout, to the demolition crew, electricians, plumbers, installers, and even a flooring guy to replace floor gaps where former cabinets were removed. Joscelyn found me the perfect countertops from Centis and the installation was absolutely flawless! Every person ( and I mean EVERY person ) Ivan’s sent over was so great! One last thing I’d like to mention is that every single person was always in a good mood . No grumpiness or bad moods. Always pleasant and,friendlly and they all worked so well as a team. And in the end, I have a kitchen I LOVE!

We had a fantastic experience with the staff at Ivan's. I had been referred by a friend who had just had their kitchen done by Ivan's, but ultimately it was Joscelyn, the designer, who sold me on having them do my kitchen. She is an absolute delight and I think very talented at what she does. She was quick to respond with drawings, welcomed my input, happily made changes, gently steering me away from what she knew I didn't want, and was VERY patient.
Matt, the owner, came to our house to do the intitial measurements as well as final measurements after the new drywall was done. He participated in the installation, and returned for a final inspection where he went over everything with a fine toothed comb. Anything not up to his high standards was taken care of. I am very fussy but he was moreso. There were a few doors with a tiny blemish or scratch which were noticed by the installers and replaced. Matt was definitely someone I enjoyed doing business with.
Torey and Eric, the installation guys, were kind, funny, very professional, and did a great job. They were very careful to cover all our hardwood floors with protective mats and were very respectful when working in our home. Our two day install was during a heatwave with no air conditioning in our home, and they were troopers with a great attitude!
I can say that after 19 years of imagining and planning my new kitchen it is EVERYTHING it was supposed to be. No regrets. Thank you gang!

Had our basement kitchenette and bathroom vanity designed by Joscelyn. She was excellent to work with: she listened to our needs and preferences, and came up with a great design. Her attention to details made it even better (eg the size of bottles we where putting in, size of pots, etc.) This was all done at distance due to pandemic. We installed ourselves and she was very helpful with tips and tricks. It went great. We have since moved out of province and went to another business. Not as good, so we are back working with Joscelyn even if it is at distance.

We highly recommend Ivan’s Kitchen Cabinets. After 40 years we finally decided to give our kitchen a makeover. We checked out a number of suppliers but on inspection of cabinet quality we decided on Ivan’s. From Joscelyn’s help with colours and design to Torey and his installation crew the experience was fantastic. The installation crew covered the floors to protect them and left the worksite clean and tidy at the end of each day. The house is not square or straight but Torey’s professionalism and eye for detail made the final installation look great. The end result was exactly what we wanted and the experience was flawless. If looking for cabinetry then Ivan’s is the place to go

I wouldn't deal with any but Joscelyn when designing any future kitchen or bath. Not only do they offer a great selection but Joscelyn gives full illustrations of the exact design and style for your home. She couldn't have made it any easier. I seriously wouldn't deal with anyone else even if I were out of town or province. She's the best!

Love my mud room/laundry room cabinets from Ivan's; the customer service at the store was personable, knowledgeable and even with COVID restrictions, a selling point for me. The cabinets came in on time and were installed this morning as scheduled; the 2 guys who installed them did an excellent job and again, were very pleasant and professional; I would recommend this company absolutely!

We could not be more pleased with our Kitchen renovation. Ivan’s took our initial plan and made it better. The cost was about par with other custom cabinet businesses in the area, however we found the quality of the cabinets to be superior. What was standard for Ivan’s was an upgrade at most other places ( for example - maple dovetailed drawer construction). The installers were also top notch. We highly recommend Ivan’s.
